All items purchased as part of a promotion or sale, or with a discount code (including The Year-End Edit), are final sale. These orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

The only exception is items purchased with the Welcome Discount, which are eligible for standard returns and exchanges.

We will not be accepting returns or exchanges on any orders placed during our Black Friday sale. Orders placed using a Black Friday discount code or automatic discount are final sale, and no refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be processed under any circumstances.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

To start a return For Domestic U.S. Orders (including Canada): Goods may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided they remain unused, unwashed items in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Dear Perli disclaims responsibility for return packages lost in transit.

International Orders (excluding Canada) are deemed as final sales upon shipment and are not subject to returns or exchanges.

Pre-orders are irrevocable upon payment, with no provision for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange, unless otherwise expressly stipulated.
