ABOUT COUPON CODES
All coupon codes must be rendered at checkout. One coupon code per transaction. You cannot stack multiple coupons or combine them in a single transaction. Coupon codes are only valid at checkout and we will not price adjust coupons if they were not used. You are welcome to use it on your next order.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
All pre-orders have their estimated wait times listed in their description. This is usually around 15-30 days, but you should check the listing for the specific item you want to be sure. Your pre-order will be shipped around the number of days we have listed after the date you placed your order. For example, if you order a 30 day pre-order item on October 14th, your item will ship on or before November 14th.
These dates are not guaranteed and will not process in our normal 1-2 day processing window. Upgrading shipping on a Pre-Order item also does not constitute for a faster processing time. Your items will ship with the selected shipping method at checkout once the Pre-Order item has been processed within the given dates.
*If you buy "Pre-Order" and "In Stock item" together, your order will not be shipped until the Pre-Order item is released.*
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PRE-ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
We offer free shipping for all orders of $55 or more. A standard order for in-stock merchandise typically processes and will be on its way in 1-2 business days. An expedited order placed before 9 PM (EST) during a regular business day will ship next business day. Orders placed after 9 PM (EST) or on weekends or holidays, will ship within 2 business days. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Transit times in the U.S. can vary depending on your location and the carrier. Standard and Free Shipping orders should arrive in 5-8 business days, the time frame of 5-8 business days is not including the handling time.
DO YOU OFFER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We will gladly accept returns of product(s) purchased from www.bundledbaby.co only. If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund to the original payment. Cancellations must be within 1 hour of when your order was placed. Once orders are processed and shipped, we cannot offer a cancellation.
WHAT DO I DO IF ITEMS ARE WRONG, MISSING, OR DAMAGED?
If you received the wrong item, are missing an item, received a damaged item, etc., please contact us within 10 business days so we can quickly correct your order and issue a credit or replacement. You can email us at email@example.com.
CARE & WASH
Most of our items are made from our signature Bamboo, and we suggest washing them on cold/gentle cycle inside out. Follow all care tag instructions.
Due to the delicate nature of our lush fabrics, please do NOT wash with other items with zippers, buttons, or hardware. Snagging may occur. Wash separate with other babies items.
